The Biography of Bardic Magician Daniel GreenWolf

The tale of Daniel GreenWolf started with perfecting his craft through private parties,
local events, and working the streets of his hometown, Waterbury, CT. He has developed a style
from his training in theatre, music, poetry, dance, improvisation, and comedy.
He combined it all with a quick Irish wit to create a show
that has been called “Spellbinding” and “Truly Captivating”.

Shortly after his journey into magic began, Daniel became an official member
of the International Brotherhood of Magicians and the Society of American Magicians.
Later, he joined the Inner Circle of Bizarre Magick; a group dedicated to raising the bar
of magic performance to bring it to a level of true theatre.

At the age of 13, Daniel was accepted to Tannen’s Magic Camp, where over 200 magicians
of different ages and levels of experience came to work and study together.
Daniel participated in the Stage & Close-Up magic competitions
and placed in both categories multiple times.
In 2003, he became the Grand Prize Winner in the Senior Stage Competition.
Tannen’s has invited him back as a guest counselor & performer since 2006.

At 17, Daniel wrote and starred in Draiocht, a parlor-style evening show with two other performers.
His knack for writing carried into his later years as a script writer for
the stage combat group Wood & Steel and The Southern CT Renaissance Faire.
He has been the Improvisational Director & a stage actor for the Faire.

Along with performing at over a dozen Renaissance Faires in the Northeast, Daniel GreenWolf
has also shared the stage with internationally successful musician & vocalist Wendy Rule.

In 2003, Daniel became a part of Theatre of the Night, a group of magicians who currently perform
the only Magic show in Salem, MA every October. 2009's Production- Smoke & Mirrors,
played to thousands over the course of the month.

Daniel's interests have not stopped at theatre. In 2007, Daniel helped start
Forest Folk: Spirit in the Woods- a 4 day festival in Oxford, CT focusing on universal
spirituality, peace, and creativity. Since it's creation, the event has raised over $12,000
for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Today, Daniel GreenWolf continues to perform professionally for Renaissance faires,
corporations, restaurants, colleges, private parties, and any other venue he can.
His high-energy and love of magic is far from over.

In fact, he is just getting started.
